About this Position

What you´ll do
- Coordinates the distribution of the fleet, coordinates and manages the drivers
- Trains and supports the company drivers
- Supports the executive staff in personal tasks
- Ensures technical operational security of company vehicles
- Coordinates expert and service appointments
- Supports cost allocation for relevant services
- Support Facility Operations: Handle facility tasks including maintenance
- Supplier & Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring supplier performance; manage inventory
- Administrative Support: Provide business and administrative support to the Infrastructure
- Manager Access & Security Management: Manage building access systems, physical security
- Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain effective communication with internal teams, IFM service providers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.

- 2 - 5 years of working experience
- Experience in fleet management
- Strong communication skills, strategical thinking, good problem solving skills, inventory management
- Project management skills and Analytical thinking
- Advanced level MS Office, negotiation
- Finished high school or higher education
- Fluent in English (oral + written)
- Driving license B category
