What you´ll do

  • Coordinates the distribution of the fleet, coordinates and manages the drivers
  • Trains and supports the company drivers
  • Supports the executive staff in personal tasks
  • Ensures technical operational security of company vehicles
  • Coordinates expert and service appointments
  • Supports cost allocation for relevant services
  • Support Facility Operations: Handle facility tasks including maintenance
  • Supplier & Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring supplier performance; manage inventory
  • Administrative Support: Provide business and administrative support to the Infrastructure
  • Manager Access & Security Management: Manage building access systems, physical security
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Maintain effective communication with internal teams, IFM service providers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Project lead and coordination
  • Administrative tasks on reception

What makes you a good fit

  • 2 - 5 years of working experience
  • Experience in fleet management
  • Strong communication skills, strategical thinking, good problem solving skills, inventory management
  • Project management skills and Analytical thinking
  • Advanced level MS Office, negotiation
  • Finished high school or higher education
  • Fluent in English (oral + written)
  • Driving license B category
