About this Position

This role is responsible for leading customer engagement activities at the Customer Experience Centre in Mumbai, designed to provide an immersive and impactful journey that showcases the value proposition of Adhesive Technologies as a know-how business.
The position combines strategic communication, digital marketing, and customer experience management to strengthen brand positioning across the IMEA region. It involves developing and executing a localized communication strategy, selecting appropriate regional channels, and ensuring consistent messaging that aligns with global objectives.

What you´ll do

  • Lead customer visits at the newly established Customer Experience Centre in Mumbai, delivering an immersive, end-to-end customer journey aligned with the Adhesive Technologies value proposition as a know-how business.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to translate global adhesive technology positioning into impactful local and regional communication plans.
  • Select and manage regional marketing channels to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer engagement.
  • Utilize digital marketing and communication expertise (in English and local languages) to enhance customer interactions, brand storytelling, and technical value demonstration.
  • Drive thought leadership initiatives in the IMEA region, positioning the brand as an innovation and technology leader within the adhesives market.

What makes you a good fit

  • You have completed an academic degree with a major in marketing or communications
  • You have at least five years of relevant professional experience
  • You are familiar with all common business and office tools and have experience using them for professional marketing and communication work
  • You have a good understanding in digital marketing, brand development & brand building and brand activation
  • You have a good knowledge of the market and a solid understanding of how the B2B / industrial business is working
  • Your written and spoken English and German language skills are excellent
