About this Position
This role is responsible for managing all customer interaction activities, including both inbound and outbound communications. It requires close collaboration with internal stakeholders such as CSX, CoE, GBS+, and the Supply Chain (SC) team, ensuring alignment of priorities to effectively balance customer needs with supply chain capabilities.
What you´ll do
- Handle customer inquiries regarding stock, schedules, and pricing
- Enter orders into SAP from B2B local customers (via eShop, customer portal, email, or chat), including credit and ATP checks
- Manage backorders (open orders)
- Expedite processes to ensure timely and accurate information is provided to the field and production plant to meet customer-requested delivery dates
- Create and monitor delivery notes; Troubleshoot incorrect deliveries and customer delivery claims
- Monitor invoices for sales recognition
- Create invoice lists for tax invoice uploads and upload tax invoices to the e-Billing service provider
What makes you a good fit
- Minimum of two (2) years' work experience in multinational companies is preferred
- Experience in Customer Service, SAP, and Service Cloud is preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is required
- Basic level of English communication skills is required
